With your extensive building knowledge and with an eye for detail, you can make price calculations. Thanks to your expertise, you propose alternatives and optimisations, detect gaps and anticipate to implementation difficulties.
• you have of a master’s degree in civil engineering and at least five years of experience in a similar position
• you are enterprising and help work on potential optimisation
• you work methodically, analytically and accurately
• you are flexible, stress-resistant and you respect deadlines
• you are responsible for carrying out price calculations within the context of drawing up quotations and tender files
• you study specifications, plans and statements of work, and check them for completeness
• you flag implementation difficulties and/or opportunities and look for economic alternatives
• you calculate the correct cost of the company’s work, request prices from subcontractors and suppliers, and check their conformity with the specifications
• you are involved with contract negotiations and monitor the calculations up to ordering
• you carry out thorough checks of the order and ensure full information transfer to the project management and purchasing
• you help work on the development of a knowledge database for use with future calculations
• you report to the head calculator

As a formworker, you ensure the effective execution of formwork works and placement of reinforcement steel.
You also perform many other construction tasks (installation of sewers, ground and foundation works, reinforcement,...)
As a mason, you perform masonry works in the construction of buildings in all phases of the construction process. You interpret architectural plans, make foundations and lay sewer pipes and rainwater wells, ...
You are generally in charge of the implementation of and budgets for several building projects. You work proactively with external as well as internal construction partners.
• you have a master’s degree in structural engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience as a project manager
• you have sound technical knowledge of construction work
• you are a coach who can encourage and motivate your project team to work together to bring the project to a successful conclusion
• you have strong organisational skills and you are commercially driven
• you have a good knowledge of informatics as well as a thorough knowledge of French and English
• you are responsible for the general leadership of several building projects and you are the point of contact for our clients
• you manage the project from an implementation as well as a financial point of view
• you draw up the project and procurement plan and ensure that it is followed up
• you ensure compliance with the safety, quality and environmental standards in consultation with the prevention officer
• in collaboration with the buyer, you are involved in establishing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• you supervise the project team, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and do the necessary following up
• you report to the technical director

As an experienced site supervisor, you are responsible for smooth daily operations on the construction site. Managing, monitoring and guiding the various activities of our own workforce and subcontractors are part of your range of duties. You monitor the implementation planning, the performance and the quality of the work.
• you have a bachelor degree in structural engineering and at least five years of relevant experience
• you have sound technical knowledge of the various structural shell work and finishing activities
• you are a born organiser and work perfectly in a team
• you are flexible and able to cope with stress
• you can express yourself clearly in several languages (Dutch, French, English and German)
• you are responsible for the site organization and coordination on site from the start until the completion of the works
• you manage your own teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors
• you are responsible for the short-term planning and monitor the overall planning
• you are responsable for the quality of the work and the safety on the site
• you are present at site meetings and take care of the site administration
• you report to the project manager
